Monthly Finance Reports
This report is submitted to City Council every month. Page one of this report shows the beginning and ending balances of each of the city’s funds as well as monthly receipts and expenses. Page two breaks out our bank balances, investments, and U.S. government securities by fund. The following pages list our U.S. government securities and their current book balances. Below you will find reports for the current year and three previous fiscal years.
Quarterly Finance Reports
This report is submitted to City Council every quarter. Pages one through seven of the report give background and financial summary to provide an understanding of the changes in fund balances. The remaining pages are summary schedules through the end of the quarter for the General Fund, Road Use Fund, Sanitary Sewer Fund, Solid Waste Fund, Urban Forest Fund, and Stormwater Fund. Below you will find reports for the current year and three previous fiscal years.
