Every other year, the City of Marion uses The National Community Survey™ to measure service performance, assess community needs and make strategic planning decisions. The survey, administered by Polco and the National Research Center, Inc., is now open to all residents and closes on Nov. 26, 2025.

Double the Free Halloween Fun in Uptown Marion on October 25
Uptown Marion will come alive with Halloween fun on Saturday, Oct. 25, as two free community events fill the district with costumes and creativity. Families can enjoy the Marion Monster Mash in City Square followed by the Uptown Marion Spooktacular dining event at participating restaurants.
