If you are interested in addressing the City Council or would like to bring forward an issue, concern or comment, please do one of the following:
- Write a letter addressed to the Mayor and the City Council and mail to:
- City of Marion, Attn: Mayor and City Council, 1225 6th Ave, Marion, IA 52302
- Send an email your council representative or all council members your concerns and comments.
- Attend a Thursday City Council Meeting. There is a public forum at the end of the meeting that allows for comments from the public.
- City Council meets in work session the first and third Tuesday of each month at 4 p.m. Regular session meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. on the Thursday following each work session.
- Visit with a council member at City Council Office Hours. During the summer months, members can be found at the Willowood Farmer's Market. During the winter months, check out the Marion Public Library on Saturday mornings. Check out our calendar for the next Office Hours opportunity.
