A home located at 3495 29th Avenue in Marion is scheduled to be relocated on Wednesday, Nov. 4 to a lot at 3112 24th Avenue. The move is expected to begin at 9 a.m. and could take most of the day.
A rolling road closure will be in effect as the house moves south on 35th Street for five blocks and then west on 24th Avenue for four blocks. Spotter vehicles and the Marion Police Department will assist with traffic control.
Residents are encouraged to find alternate routes to help alleviate congestion in the vicinity.
