Introduction: The City of Marion will host “Pop-Up Acts” in the Uptown Artway this summer on a series of Friday evenings. Enjoy free live music from the Uptown Artway or the patio of a nearby business on July 30, August 6, 13, and 20 from 5-7 p.m.

The City of Marion will host “Pop-Up Acts” in the Uptown Artway this summer on a series of Friday evenings. Enjoy free live music from the Uptown Artway or the patio of a nearby business on July 30, August 6, 13, and 20 from 5-7 p.m.

The Uptown Artway is located between 10th and 11th Streets and 7th and 8th Avenues in Uptown Marion.

The event series will feature a variety of local acts:

July 30 - Barb Franciso, Acoustic Amazon

Aug. 6 - Amber & Adam

Aug. 13 - Terry McCauley

Aug. 20 - Billyee Janey

Keep an eye out for additional dates as they “pop up” later this summer and fall.
