The initial collective bargaining proposals of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) and the City of Marion will be presented in the Council Chambers, 1225 6th Avenue, Marion, Iowa on February 10, 2021, at 4:00 p.m.  Based on COVID-19 guidance from Linn County Public Health and the State of Iowa to limit the size of groups gathering, this meeting is able to be viewed online.
