This is the first day the Red Cross swim lesson registration is open to the public for lessons held at the Marion pool. It is not required to register on this day, but due to limited availability of spots, classes do tend to fill up quickly. Lessons are available for children ages 3 and up. Sessions run for two consecutive weeks with classes meeting for 45 minutes each day, Monday–Friday. Fee: $33 per child, per session.
